KS1 Eureka! The National Children’s Museum Trip

Mar 24th 2026 09:00 - 15:00 Eureka! The National Children’s Museum

As part of our Key Stage One Science curriculum, we have arranged for Year One and Year Two children to visit Eureka! The National Children’s Museum in Halifax on Tuesday 24th March.

Eureka! is the UK’s leading fully interactive museum for children aged 0–11. All exhibits are designed to inspire curiosity and provide hands-on learning experiences, making it an exciting and educational visit for our pupils.

The coach will leave school promptly at 9:00am, so please ensure your child arrives on time. We expect to return to school before the end of the day, and children should be collected at the usual time of 3:00pm.

Children should wear their school uniform. A packed lunch will be provided by the school for all children to eat during the visit.

As part of Cockburn Multi Academy Trust’s drive to ensure all pupils receive an enriching educational experience, the cost of the trip will be fully funded, so there is no cost to families.
