Family Picnic Event

On Friday 25^th September we will be hosting our annual family picnic.

• The school gate will open at 1.45pm when you will be able to collect your child/ren.
• Once you have collected your child/ren, please find a spot to set up your picnic.
• Parents are always responsible for their children once they are collected from their class.

School will provide a small buffet and there will be a cake stall selling sweet treats made by the children.

However, please bring:

• A picnic blanket or rug to sit on.
• If you or another adult are not able to attend, your child will enjoy a picnic with their teacher.
• The picnic will end at 3.00pm
• If you are unable to attend you can collect your child at the normal finishing time of 3.00pm

A few things to remember…

• Once you have collected your child(ren), you will be responsible for keeping them safe while on the school grounds.
• Toilets - children’s toilets will be available in the nursery as well as one adult toilet. If you need to use our adapted toilet, please let a member of staff know.
• Photographs may be taken of your own children but please do not take photos of other children without their parents’ permission and please do not post any photos on social media.
• If the weather does not permit an outdoor celebration, it will take place in the school hall or classrooms. We will confirm on the morning of the event whether we will go ahead with outdoor plans or, in the case of moving it indoors, how/where you will access the building.

We are really looking forward bringing our school community together at the beginning of the new academic year.
