We are excited to announce that the KS1 children are going to visit our local park. The walk will take place in school hours on Thursday 15th October.
Learning about the seasons of the year is a part of the National Science Curriculum. Visiting the park in October will help us to have first-hand experiences and will make it more exciting by taking the children’s learning outside. We also have some fun activities planned.
The children will be walking, so please ensure they have a waterproof jacket over their full school uniform and weather appropriate shoes. Please also make sure that your child has their water bottle.
Please be aware in case of extreme weather conditions, we may have to cancel or postpone the walk.
